| Q. How do we book your services to film our wedding day? |

| Q. Do we need to pay a deposit? and if so how much? |
| A. A deposit of £250 is required to secure your booking. Once secured we will refuse any other interested parties for that day. If you wish to cancel and be refunded your deposit we would need to be informed no later than 6 weeks before your wedding day. |
| Q. When do we pay the full amount for your services? |
| A. The Invoice needs to be paid 4 weeks prior to your wedding day. |
| Q. How long does it take to produce a wedding DVD? |
| A. On average a DVD production will take 4 weeks. During peak wedding season your DVD can take up to 6 to 12 weeks. |
| Q. What time do you start and finish filming? |
| A. One hour before the ceremony capturing your guests arriving and finishing between 9 and 9.30pm. Dependent on choice of package. Additional hours can be requested at £50/hour. |
| Q. How many copies of the DVD do we get? and can we order additional copies? |
| A. Dependent on choice of package. Extra copies can be ordered at £20/DVD. |
| Q. Can we choose our own music? and do we need a copyright licence? |
| A. All our wedding packages include and music copyright licence allowing you to add your favorite music. |
| Q. How far will you travel? |
| A. In and around the M25. 40p per mile will be charged outside the M25. |
| Q. How long is the DVD? |
| A. On average a wedding DVD will run for an hour and 40 minutes. |
| Q. Do we need to arrange food for the cameramen? |
| A. If the camera crew are working to 10pm then please provide a light lunch not a sit down meal. |
| Q. Do we need a video licence to film at the church? |
| A. Yes you will need arrange and pay for a video licence to film at your church. This is usually organised by your celebrant. |
