Mountcast Productions
Mountcast Productions Terms & Conditions
Mountcast Productions will not be accountable for any unforeseen
problems that may occur on the way to the venues or during
the video filming. We are only human and regularly check all
equipment and if possible carry spare. We will not be liable
for any unforeseen losses or problems that occur during filming
or in post production. Costs will either be reduced or refunded
in extreme circumstances.
Master tapes are stored and remain the property/copyright
of Mountcast Productions. You can arrange to buy the master
from us and the camera tapes (uncut). The reason you might
make this purchase is for the future, if you want to rework
the original version at some point and retain the optimum
quality. Master tapes will only be held for 6 months after
the wedding day.
The deposit is non refundable as we hold your date and refuse
any other clients bookings for that date. Any client canceling
within four weeks before the date will have to pay filming
costs you originally requested. This is something we will
enforce as we promise to film your day and no-one else's.
Bookings are made a year or so in advance and the chances
of us filling the date at such a short time are remote. Please
make cheques payable to ‘Mountcast Productions’.
Once the production is complete the balance will be due on
handover of goods.
Copies will be made available after production if requested;
it is against the law to copy any of the Mountcast Productions
work yourself. It is for your benefit to use us for copies
as we hold the master retaining optimum quality. You on the
other hand will be copying from a VHS/DVD and therefore the
quality maybe impaired making our productions appear less
quality if seen by prospective new clients and will reduce
your viewing pleasure.

No Mountcast Productions material may be broadcasted on television
in a public place without prior permission.
Any changes to the day should be related to Mountcast Productions
in advance of the event.
By booking Mountcast Productions we assume you have cleared
with the church/venue that all filming rights have been approved
and paid for. It is essential that you confirm from the celebrant
the positioning for filming the service; please let us know
at least two weeks in advance.
The music to accompany your production is your choice and
therefore is up to you to seek copyright approval for use
within your DVD. We cannot be held responsible for any claims
arising from breach of copyright. A licence can be ordered
from www.videolicence.co.uk; please see our website for further
details.
If your music requests are not received on CD-Rom in mp3 format
prior to the wedding day then we will choose the music to
accompany the footage.
Wedding videographers traveling expenses within the M25 will
be free of charge. Outside M25 these charges will be negotiated
with clients prior to event.
These terms and conditions of business and the contract
between parties shall be construed and applied in accordance
